Duncan Bradshaw - Part Time Author, Full Time Loon

Duncan Bradshaw is a zombie aficionado who lives in the epic, that's right, EPIC county of Wiltshire in Southern England, with his wife Debbie and their two cats, Rafa and Pepe.

Duncan, or Dunk as he often prefers to be called, is obsessed with zombies. He remembers watching Dawn of the Dead as a kid, and being utterly spellbound with it, zombies hooked him from that moment on. He's also fond of GTA and biscuits, and wiles away his free time writing, playing video games, drinking Guinness and hitting people on the head with a stick. He also smokes manly pipes.

Duncan Bradshaw, mid-research, with manly pipe.
His Debut novel Class Three follows Jim Taylor during the first 24 hours of Day One.

"Hungover, dumped and late for work. On an ordinary day, one of these would be a bad morning, but today Jim Taylor also has to contend with the zombie apocalypse. Follow Jim during twenty four hours of Day One, as he and his zombie obsessed brother deal with the undead, a doomsday cult and maniacs in their quest to get to their parents, win his girlfriend back and for them to instigate 'The Plan'. Worlds will collide and fall apart in a Class Three outbreak."
Duncan Bradshaw's debut novel, Class Three
The follow up novel Class Four: Those Who Survive focuses on a group of survivors and what it takes to stay alive in a world overrun with the undead.

"The dead rule the world. In the months after a deadly virus has swept across the planet, an eight year old boy and his appointed protector live from day to day. After a chance encounter they head for sanctuary. To get there, they will have to run the gauntlet of the inhabitants of this new world. Ruled over by The Gaffer, a group of survivors holed up in a derelict factory struggle to maintain order and stability. Inside, those affected the most share their stories, hoping to come to terms with what has happened and what they've lost. However, a clandestine operative in their midst lays the groundwork for an assault, the likes of which none of them have ever seen or could hope to prepare for. These are the stories of those who survive."
Duncan Bradshaw. Class Four: Those Who Survive.
In Dunk's own words, 'Stay classy, and totally not zombiefied!'

Zombie-Opoly - The Game that Ruined Fun, with Zombies!?

Everything is better with Zombies! Isn't It? Or is it?

When we first saw Star Wars Monopoly back in the day we were very excited. At last, the opportunity to play a simple game with the family with a nerdy theme that we could actually relate to.

Late For The Sky have taken your standard Monopoly concept, injected the T-Virus, bitten it on the arm and kept it in a cage. Zombie-Opoly is Monopoly, just Zombiefied!

The theme and artwork is great, instead of buying property, you buy zombies, the playing pieces are a a nice touch and include: a shovel, a severed ear, a femur, a lethal weapon a zombie boy and a human remnant! Zombie-Opoly is the same classic game, with a zombie twist.

Zombie-Opoly - The game that ruined fun, with Zombies?
If you're a fan of zombies but don't really classify yourself as a gamer and don't have gamer friends or if you are buying for somone who loves zombies and isn't a gamer Zombie-Opoly is a fantastic gift. It's simple, you probably already know the rules, it's not too serious and you'll probably have plenty of fun.

If you're actually a gamer you'll probably believe that Monopoly is the game that sucked fun out of gaming and is best avoided, unless there really is nothing else to do... at all. In which case, you should be checking out Last Night on Earth, or Zombicide!
